Arcade Permissions

Due to people just visiting the site to play the games and not contribute too much on the forum, (Which is meant to be the idea of the site), we have decided to make it compulsory to have made at least 2 posts on the forum to have access to the arcade games. However, anyone posting pointless, useless comments will have their post count reduced.

We dont like too many rules around here, but we have to try and make it as interesting as possible.
